Information you send us

This website has no contact forms, user accounts or file uploads. We receive personal information only when you contact us directly by email, WhatsApp or phone — for example your name, company, email address, phone number, the content of your messages and any drawings, CAD files or other attachments you choose to send.

Information collected when you browse

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and its fonts and images are served from the website itself. As with most websites, the servers that host it may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This information is used to deliver the website and keep it secure.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to:

• reply to your enquiries and review your drawings and requirements;
• prepare quotations, and manufacture, ship and support your orders;
• keep the business, accounting and quality records that our operations or the law require.

Drawings and technical files

We treat the drawings, models and specifications you send us as confidential. We use them only to evaluate, quote and manufacture your parts, and share them only where this is necessary to complete your order — for example with a supplier or carrier involved in your project — or where the law requires it. If your project requires a non-disclosure agreement, please tell us before you send files.

Service providers and third parties

We do not sell personal information. Email sent to cncyiwei@gmail.com is handled by Google’s Gmail service, and WhatsApp messages by WhatsApp. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. Links to Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp open third-party websites with their own policies.

Where information is processed

We are based in Dongguan, China, and information you send us is processed in China. Our email and messaging providers may also process it in other countries where they operate.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence and files for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, including follow-up on quotations and orders and any record keeping required by law. After that, we delete them or keep them in a securely archived form.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. Email and messaging over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please keep this in mind when deciding what to send.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To make a request, email cncyiwei@gmail.com.

This website is intended for business customers and is not directed at children.
