Rotary-table configurations

The equipment list includes eight 4-axis configurations and four 5-axis rotary-table configurations. Workholding and part access are assessed per drawing.

Drawing-led quotation

Include material grade, quantity, critical dimensions and cosmetic surfaces. Part dimensions and tolerances must be confirmed for the individual geometry.

CNC turning

Rotational and threaded components. The CNC-46 fleet includes two machines with driven tooling.

Multi-axis setups

Eight centers are listed with 4-axis configurations and four with 5-axis rotary tables. Suitability is reviewed against the drawing.

Prototypes and custom parts

Discuss parts made from drawings or samples, including preliminary design and development needs.
