What does Yiwei CNC manufacture?
We machine custom metal and plastic parts from customer drawings, samples and supplied materials. Our product collection includes battery and filter housings, audio and server panels, turned stainless steel and aluminum components, heat sinks, copper terminals, fixtures and prototypes.
Where is your factory?
Our workshop is in Qingxi Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The company, Dongguan Yiwei Precision Hardware Co., Ltd., was established in 2017.
Which CNC machines do you use?
Our production equipment list includes 12 machining and drilling/tapping centers and 6 CNC-46 lathes. Eight centers have 4-axis configurations, four have 5-axis rotary-table configurations, and two lathes have driven tooling.
Do you offer 5-axis CNC machining?
Four of our centers have 5-axis rotary-table configurations for reaching several faces of a part. A rotary-table configuration does not by itself mean simultaneous 5-axis motion, so tell us if your part requires simultaneous machining and we will check whether it can be done.
Which materials can you machine?
Our company information lists aluminum, stainless steel, copper and copper alloys, and plastics. Customer-supplied materials can also be discussed. Please specify the exact grade in your drawing.
Which surface finishes are available?
Our listed finishing services include sandblasting, brushing, anodizing, electroplating and electrophoretic coating. Include appearance, masking and dimensional requirements in your drawing.
What tolerances and lead times can you offer?
Tolerances, inspection and delivery timing depend on the part geometry, material and quantity, so we confirm them for each drawing instead of publishing general figures.

Do you keep my drawings confidential?
